Family apartment with 1 bedroom and home office (#79-1)

The modern apartment with 1 bedroom, home office and living room was opened in April 2021. The apartment is suitable for accommodating 5 guests: the bedroom is equipped with a double bed, there is an armchair-bed in a small study, and a double sofa is laid out in the living room. The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests. It is located in the same building with our guest rooms. This apartment is often booked by couples, families, as well as guests who prefer superior accommodation. There is a 24-hour security service at the entrance.. At check-in, we collect a 5000₽ deposit for this apartment. Room service is available for an additional fee. Prepayment for the first night is required. The prepayment is refunded if the reservation is canceled more than 2 days before check-in. Changing the reservation in the apartment is also possible free of charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the expected date of change.
