In the summer of 2018, we opened a new studio apartment, designed in the loft style. This is an economical option for families and companies up to 4 people. The apartment is located in the second courtyard on the 4th floor at Nevsky prospect 88, 50 meters from the Anabel guest rooms. The entrance is renovated, there is no lift in the building. English, French and German TV-channels are available. At check-in, we collect a 3000₽ deposit for this apartment

The apartment is located in the second courtyard on the 4th floor at Nevsky prospect 88, 50 meters from the Anabel guest rooms. The entrance is renovated, there is no elevator in the building. This is an economical option for families and companies up to 6 people. The apartments are located in the second courtyard of the house 88 on Nevsky Prospekt, 50 meters from the hotel. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, the entrance is renovated, there is no elevator in the building.

Modern apartments are located in the same entrance with our guest rooms. This apartment is often booked by couples, families, as well as guests who choose superior rooms. There is a 24-hour security service at the entrance.

The apartments are located on the 5th floor on Nevsky Prospekt 88. Сomfortably accommodates 3 couples or a family with children. The windows of the bedrooms overlook a quiet courtyard. From the spacious living area there is an entry to the balcony overlooking the St. Petersburg roofs and sights of the city. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The apartment is perfect for long-term accommodation. It is situated on the 5th floor, the entrance is renovated and guarded, there is an elevator in the building.
